Do you work as a subcontractor under our contract?
Yes. We regularly work under a head contractor's subcontract, site rules and SWMS. Send your subcontract conditions with the quote request and we will price to them.
How fast can we get a quote for a tender?
Within 48 hours of receiving the plans and the playground area. If the scope is still loose, we will quote a budget option and a value-engineered option so you can lock in a number.
Can you supply CAD files for our drawings?
Yes. We supply DWG and PDF layouts, fall zones and footing details for the equipment we propose, plus product data sheets for your landscape architect or certifier.
Who installs the equipment?
Our own Kidzspace install crews. We do not pass your site to an unknown subcontractor.
Do you certify the playground at handover?
Yes. Every playground is inspected and certified to AS 4685, with surfacing to AS 4422, and you receive a handover pack with the certificate, layout, manuals and guarantee.
Are you licensed in Queensland?
Yes. Kids Play Pty Ltd trades as Kidzspace Playgrounds under QBCC licence 15006840 and holds $20 million public liability cover.
Do you only work in Queensland?
No. We are based in Brisbane and supply and install Australia-wide.
