Warehouse Assistant
Competitive hourly rate · flexible part-time hours
Keep our warehouse humming — receiving stock, picking and packing orders, and getting playground and fitness equipment dispatched to sites right across Australia.
Our warehouse is where every project comes together before it heads to site. As Warehouse Assistant you're hands-on in the day-to-day: taking in deliveries, getting orders ready to go, and keeping the space safe and well-organised. The hours are flexible part-time — we'll work the days and times out with the right person.
What you'll do
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock and supplier deliveries
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch Australia-wide
- Load and unload trucks and help coordinate freight and couriers
- Run stock counts and help keep inventory accurate
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe
- Some warehouse or dispatch experience preferred; forklift licence a bonus
Customer Service Representative

Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers — answering enquiries, preparing quotes and orders, and making sure every project runs smoothly from first call to install.
Most customers' first experience of Kidzspace is a conversation with our customer service team, so this role matters. You'll be fielding enquiries, turning them into quotes and orders, and keeping things moving between the customer, our suppliers and our install crews. It suits someone organised and genuinely warm who likes solving problems and seeing a job through.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries promptly and helpfully
- Prepare quotes, process orders and track them through to delivery
- Coordinate between customers, suppliers and our installation teams
- Keep customer records and our CRM accurate and up to date
- Spot opportunities to point customers to the right solution
- Some customer service or sales-support experience preferred
Outbound Business Development Manager
Competitive base + commission
Drive our growth by proactively reaching out to schools, councils, childcare groups and developers — building relationships and a pipeline of new playground projects.
Kidzspace has grown largely on inbound enquiries — this role is about going out and creating demand. You'll proactively open new accounts across education, government, childcare and development, build a real sales pipeline, and get us in front of the people who specify and buy playgrounds. You'll start focused on Queensland with clear scope to expand interstate as the pipeline grows. It's a genuine opportunity to shape how we sell and build a territory from the front foot.
What you'll do
- Proactively prospect and open new accounts across education, government, childcare and development
- Build and own a sales pipeline from first contact through to won project
- Get Kidzspace onto procurement panels and respond to tenders
- Start in Queensland with scope to expand interstate as we grow
- Represent us at site visits, client meetings and industry events
- Proven outbound B2B sales experience; self-driven and target-focused
