Specifications
A freestanding nature-play screen built around a large oval window cut clean through a sculpted bark-effect panel, held between two powder-coated steel posts. The opening sits at child height and does the work of three activities at once — a window to peek through, a frame to climb into, and a gap to pass toys and messages back and forth — so children on both sides stay connected in play. Deep moulded bark texture and a raised butterfly detail give it the character of a fallen forest log, without the splintering, rot and re-oiling that real timber brings. At 1.25m wide and 1.3m tall it reads as a natural feature rather than equipment, which suits bushland playgrounds, sensory gardens and landscaped garden beds where a bright plastic unit would look out of place. It stands entirely at ground level with no climbing height, so no fall zone is required and it can be dropped into tight pockets of an existing playground without reworking the surrounding softfall. A popular choice for schools, childcare centres, councils and parks. Built to AS 4685 and installed Australia-wide.
