Staged install
We schedule works for your quiet months and lock the dates in at quote stage. Larger upgrades are split into stages, each a complete playground on its own, so part of the play area stays open.
Certified before guests use it
Work areas are fenced and signed, and the site is left clean every day. Every stage is inspected and certified to AS 4685, with softfall to AS 4422, before it reopens.

Common questions
Can you install without closing the park?
Yes. We schedule works for your shoulder season and stage larger upgrades, so part of the play area stays open. Work zones are fenced and signed.
We need it done before the school holidays. How fast can you go?
Tell us your deadline when you enquire. Custom playgrounds need lead time for supply, so the earlier the better. If time is tight, our in-stock Quick Supply range can be installed much sooner.
Do you supply jumping pillows or water play?
Not at the moment. We do supply in-ground trampolines, which sit flush with the ground and are a popular all-ages feature for parks. We are happy to plan the layout around a jumping pillow or water play area from another supplier.
Will the equipment hold up near the beach?
For coastal parks we specify hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated steel, stainless fixings and UV-stabilised plastics. Regular rinsing and an annual inspection help it last longer. Guarantee terms are on our warranties page.
Do you offer pricing for park groups?
Yes. Operators with more than one park get group pricing quoted on request, a consistent equipment range across sites and one handover pack. Tell us how many parks you are planning for.
Is the playground inclusive?
It can be designed that way from the start: basket swings, ground-level sensory panels and accessible play systems so children of all abilities can play together.
Who certifies the playground?
Every playground we install is inspected and certified to AS 4685, with surfacing to AS 4422, before guests use it.
