From the time you contact us to the installation of the playground you could only dream of, our efficient workforce is dedicated to providing you with the equipment you need within the timeframe you need it.

Here’s a timeline of what you can expect from us when you contact the team at Kidzspace:

When initiating contact with our team at Kidzspace, there are a few things we’ll need to know before we get started on your project, regardless of if you’re after commercial slides and a commercial climbing frame, a full-on custom outdoor playground or children’s indoor soft play equipment.

You will need to provide us with the following:
  • Land area - accurate length and width of site
  • Age range for which the custom outdoor playground, equipment such as commercial climbing frames and commercial soft play equipment or commercial slides will be used by.
  • Soft fall type
  • Budget - this will help determine just how fancy your custom outdoor playground or children’s indoor play equipment can be
  • Photo of the proposed area for your custom outdoor playground installation
  • Location including suburb and state where installation is taking place
  • Timeframe - when you need your commercial soft play equipment or commercial slides on site and installed by.

In most cases we can provide you with 3D models of your commercial slides, commercial soft play equipment and commercial climbing frames, along with models of custom outdoor playground equipment within 7 days of your initial contact.

This includes any other proposals we may have for your equipment or playground as well as the warranty and terms on outdoor equipment and children’s indoor soft play equipment.

Once you’ve given your approval on our plans for commercial soft play equipment or commercial slides and custom outdoor playground models, we will provide you with a tax invoice.

You will need to pay a deposit before we start work on your project.

Regardless of whether you want a commercial climbing frame, commercial slide, children’s indoor soft play equipment or a full custom outdoor playground designed to your own specifications, supply generally takes between 8 to 10 weeks after you make your decision.

During this time, we will keep you as updated as possible on the status of your supplies, and aim to be as communicative as we can be if there are delays in delivery of your commercial slides or other equipment.

We will also use this period to finalise our plans, including setting out the plans in the area your equipment is being installed.

At 12 weeks, assuming we have received SWMS accreditation and sorted out all remaining logistics associated with the build, we will install your custom outdoor playground or commercial slides and children’s indoor soft play equipment, and you’ll be good to go!
