Installing Your Play Equipment
No matter the budget, we are dedicated to educating our customers and guiding them through the entire process of installing a commercial playground.
Our Seamless Process
Here’s a timeline of what you can expect from us when you contact the team at Kidzspace:
When initiating contact with our team at Kidzspace, there are a few things we’ll need to know before we get started. This information will assist us in selecting the appropriate equipment for your project.
You will need to provide us with the following:
- Land area - length and width of the site as well as any height restrictions
- Age range of children intended to play on the equipment
- Soft fall type
- Budget - this will help determine just how fancy your custom outdoor playground or children’s indoor play equipment can be
- Site address of the project
Once we have your brief for the project, our design team will put together 3D renders of your customised playground. This generally takes 7-10days. The customised playground design process is obligation free.
We will submit a concept proposal with a full scope of works to you. This is where we will discuss any possible limitations to the project and our terms and conditions.
Upon approval of the 3d renders and concept proposal, we will submit a deposit invoice to you. Once payment is made, the order will be moved to manufacturing.
For made to order items, the manufacture lead time is generally 10-12 weeks from deposit.
Another 2 weeks is expected for delivery of the equipment to your site.
During this time, we will keep you as updated as possible on the status of your supplies, and aim to be as communicative as we can be if there are delays in delivery of your equipment.
Once the equipment is manufactured we will contact you to arrange delivery and book in the installation.
During this phase of the process we will finalise site preparation and set out plans where appropriate.
At around 12-14 weeks, assuming we have received all required documentation and sorted out all remaining logistics associated with the build, we will install your playground equipment.
The duration of installation will depending on a few factors such as site prep, size of equipment and soft fall selected. All of these things will be discussed with you Step 2 of the design process.
